The Mantle team is set to release the AssetMantle Roadmap 2022. We aim to give you an in-depth insight into the subsequent phases of development in the Mantle ecosystem and the steps taken at a framework level to expand our capabilities and product offerings while keeping innovation and adoption at the forefront. The team has been working extensively to enhance user experience, bring in a unique set of features on the platform, and provide utilities and strategic support to all the creators onboard via our Mantle genesis creators’ series.
Phase 0 | Unearth (Completed)
Phase 0 focused on launching the Testnet and setting up the foundation for the introduction of MantlePlace (NFT Marketplace for AssetMantle) to the community. The key action points of the phase were:
- Testnet Launch to test out the blockchain application under with distributed and public validators for any security, performance, and user experience issues.
- Validator’s onboarding to enhance the chain-security. Over 420+ responses were received within the first 72 hours to be part of the test-net Delegation Program.
- MantlePlace beta version released for creators to test out the platform to experiment with essential features like Mint, Buy, Sell at fixed-price, transfer & share. Which was further improved upon by adding features like multi-wallet support like Ledger Hardware & Keplr
- Mantle Explorer to enable the community to view historical and real-time chain-related data
- Mantle Genesis Creators Onboarding to build out a diverse creator community across domains.
Phase 1 | Trench (Ongoing)
- $MNTL Tokenomics*
- Mantle ($MNTL) token is the native token for AssetMantle. Token economics has been designed to build up the community and incentivize the early adopters
- v44 Upgrade (IBC enabled Chains)
- MantlePlace V2
- MantlePlace V2 will be released with feature improvements to give users a seamless and faster user experience (UX)
- Introducing fractional NFTs
- To allow fractional ownership of NFTs between multiple users.

- First phase of $MNTL token to begin with an eligibility checker.
